Bastet

The Egyptian feline goddess of protection, domestic blessing, perfume, music, and fierce grace.

Legend File

Bastet is often remembered through the cat, but the cat is not softness alone. Her worship joins household protection, fertility, music, perfume, and the watchful force that keeps danger outside the door. She belongs to the elegant border where affection and ferocity share one body.
