Scylla

The Greek sea monster opposite Charybdis, turning navigation into a choice between disasters.

Legend File

Scylla waits where the sea narrows and every route becomes bad. In Greek epic tradition she threatens sailors from one side while Charybdis destroys from the other, forcing Odysseus into loss rather than victory. Her myth is a navigation nightmare: survival may require choosing which danger will be paid.
