Ares

The Greek god of war in its violent, chaotic, and blood-bright aspect.

Legend File

Ares is war without the calm of strategy. Where Athena can represent planning and disciplined defense, Ares is the shout, wound, panic, and intoxication of battle itself. Myths often treat him with suspicion, because the force he embodies is necessary to armies and terrifying to communities that must survive after the fighting ends.
